摘要：

对几种常用分子标记技术的基本原理及特点进行了评述。简要地综述了分子标记技术在马铃薯育种方面的应用。主要内容有:(1)遗传图谱构建;(2)重要性状的基因定位;(3)种质资源研究。分析了应用过程中存在的问题,并讨论了其应用前景。
