自噬在脑缺血损伤中的作用研究

摘要
自噬是细胞内溶酶体参与的一种物质分解代谢的过程,主要降解未折叠蛋白、衰老的细胞器及胞内病原体。自噬在脑缺血损伤中扮演着重要的角色,它既可以直接或通过参与缺血预处理的过程而间接对神经产生保护作用,又会对神经造成不同程度的损伤,因此在脑缺血损伤中自噬发挥着神经保护及损伤的双重作用。本文重点综述了自噬在脑缺血损伤中的作用,另外也对自噬的形式、过程、脑缺血时自噬的诱发因素和主要调节通路做了简单的介绍。
