生物电阻抗分析法和双能X射线吸收法测量人体脂肪率的对比研究

摘要
目的探究生物电阻抗分析法(bioelectrical impedance analysis,BIA)和双能X射线吸收法(dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry,DXA)测量体脂肪率的相关性和一致性,为BIA法在人群筛查中的应用价值提供科学依据。方法在北京招募199名志愿者,其中男性92人,女性107人,分别采用DXA法和BIA法进行体成分测量,运用SPSS 18.0和Med Calc统计软件分析2种方法测量体脂肪率的相关性和一致性。结果通过配对t检验发现,DXA法和BIA法测得的女性、男性及全体受检者的体脂肪率的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);通过相关分析发现,DXA和BIA测量女性、男性及全体受检者体脂肪率的r值分别为0.960 4、0.973 4和0.976 9,有统计学意义(P<0.01),具有较高的相关性;通过Bland-Altman分析发现,2种方法测得的女性、男性及全体受检者的体脂肪率均具有较强的一致性。结论 BIA和DXA测量体脂肪率的相关性和一致性较好,BIA法在人群筛查中有较好的应用价值。
