中国企业产品创新战略执行的路径:基于转轨经济条件的研究

摘要
大量研究检验证实了战略对绩效的直接影响。然而,很少有研究探讨从战略到绩效实现之间的执行过程。本研究在中国转轨经济的现实背景下,聚焦于产品创新战略执行过程,提出并检查了中国企业执行产品创新战略的3种不同路径,研究发现(1)中国企业存在三种不同的战略执行路径,它们分别反映和体现了以顾客为重心、以竞争者为重心和以关系网络为重心的战略重点;(2)不同的战略执行路径存在不同的中间战略目标;(3)企业的两种组织资源(即市场资源和非市场资源)既直接影响了各路径的中间战略目标的实现,又对部分路径效果产生了调节作用。
