摘要：

以人工智能等新一代信息技术为支撑的新一轮科技革命将对经济社会发展产生巨大影响,与以往科技革命不同的是,这次技术变革是人类首次真实面对具备类人智能的新技术,其对人类劳动力市场的冲击和影响也更彻底。本文研究人工智能技术对就业的影响,从劳动力就业总量、就业结构以及作用机制等方面展开讨论,并分析我国人工智能技术发展对劳动力的影响,最后就未来研究提出建议。
