摘要：

以国内种植的 393个小麦品种 (含少数品系 )为材料 ,系统地研究了HMW麦谷蛋白亚基的分布及组成 .结果表明 ,我国小麦HMW麦谷蛋白亚基组成大部分与国外相同 ,但也有一些特殊HMW麦谷蛋白亚基出现 ,并研究了这些HMW GS(或组合形式 )出现的频率及特点 .
