肠道菌群失衡在炎症性肠病中的作用

摘要：
人体肠道菌群与肠道黏膜免疫存在复杂的交互作用,从而维持肠道稳态。炎症性肠病(IBD)是一组慢性非特异性肠道炎性疾病,病因和发病机制尚未完全明确。肠道菌群失衡是IBD发生、发展的重要因素,调节肠道菌群可作为IBD的治疗方法之一。本文就肠道菌群失衡在IBD中的作用作一综述。
