白杨素抗肿瘤效应及其机制的研究进展

摘要
白杨素(chrysin)是一种天然的黄酮类化合物,近期发现它具有抗肿瘤活性。在多种体内外肿瘤实验研究中,白杨素表现出抑制增殖和诱导凋亡的活性,研究表明其作用机制主要包括白杨素激活caspase活性诱发凋亡级联反应;下调PI3K/Akt信号通路;改变基于谷胱甘肽的氧化还原系统以及抑制肿瘤新生血管形成等。已有研究表明,白杨素的化学结构满足黄酮类化合物在肿瘤细胞内发挥细胞毒性的必需结构,是一种很有潜力的新型抗肿瘤药物。
