摘要：

<正>慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)是一种以持续气流受限为主要临床特征、异常的气道炎症为主要病理特征的慢性气道炎症性疾病。目前慢阻肺居全球死亡原因的第4位,发病率和死亡率逐年攀高,防治形势日益严峻。在我国年龄大于40岁的人群中,慢阻肺的总体发生率约为8.2%。因肺功能进行性减退,严重危害人民身体健康,并造成巨大的社会和经济负担。慢阻肺的特点是慢性炎症,肺泡破坏,以及气道和血管重塑。发病机制至今未明,炎症
