摘要：

原发性膜性肾病(PMN)[又称特发性膜性肾病(IMN)]是膜性肾病的一种主要病理类型,随着抗磷脂酶A2受体抗体、抗Ⅰ型血小板反应蛋白7A域抗体等的相继开发,新型免疫抑制剂(如他克莫司)、单克隆抗体(如利妥昔单抗)等药物在IMN中的应用,IMN的诊断和治疗得到较大进展,本文综述IMN的诊断和治疗进展。
