<正>脓毒症休克是脓毒症合并严重的循环、细胞和代谢紊乱, 其病死率较单纯脓毒症高[1]。脓毒症休克患者常合并心力衰竭, 两者可互为因果[2,3]。既往研究表明, 不管在脓毒症休克还是心源性休克患者中, 强心药物的使用都可增加病死率[4,5]。然而在临床工作中, 当容量复苏、缩血管药物应用下, 平均动脉压仍小于65 mmHg时, 需考虑使用强心药物增加心输出量来提高MAP, 改善组织灌注[6]。目前尚无指
