摘要：

新一轮智能科技革命下高低技能劳动力的效率差异与替代效应,为诠释技能溢价和居民消费的关系提供了新思路。基于1995—2019年省级面板数据,利用增广平均组估计、系统矩估计和门槛估计等方法,研究了中国技能溢价对居民消费影响的动态效应和非线性特征,结果表明:技能溢价对居民消费存在"折线型"或"波动型"非线性影响,合理的技能溢价能够有效促进居民消费增长,而过低或过高的技能溢价都会阻碍居民消费增长,且过低技能溢价的阻碍效应更强。因此,应当充分考虑技能与工资的匹配性,保持适度公平和合理技能溢价,发挥收入差距对消费的积极影响。
