摘要：

基于技术依赖和国际化经验两个情境因素综合作用的理论分析,提出高新技术企业研发国际化进入模式选择决策矩阵。当技术依赖程度和国际化经验丰富程度都较高时,宜选择跨国并购进入模式;当技术依赖程度和国际化经验丰富程度都较低时,宜选择离岸研发外包进入模式;当技术依赖程度较高、国际化经验丰富程度较低时,宜选择跨国技术联盟进入模式;当技术依赖程度较低、国际化经验丰富程度较高时,宜选择海外研发机构进入模式。
