消除在线学习者倦怠:教师情感支持的影响研究

摘要
在线学习的师生空间分离易让学习者感到教师情感支持的缺失,继而表现出一系列学习倦怠现象。该文从教师创造积极的氛围、教师的敏感性和关注学生观点三个维度架构在线学习中教师情感支持的框架,基于Office365教育平台开展在线学习,从教学干预的设计切入,确定实验对象,实施在线教学,从而探究学习者感知的教师情感支持对学习倦怠的影响。研究表明,学习者感知的教师情感支持对学习者的学习倦怠有缓解作用,并且教师创造的积极氛围对学习者的情绪低落影响最大,教师的敏感性对学习者的行为不当影响显著,教师对学生观点的关注对学习者成就感的提高影响显著。因此,在线学习环境中,教师对于学习者的情感支持应给予足够的重视。
