摘要：

<正>骨折延迟愈合为骨折在正常愈合所需的时间(一般为4个月内)仍未达到骨折完全愈合的标准,亦称为骨延迟连接[1]。转化生长因子-β1(transforming growth factor,TGF-β1)是TGF超家族中的一个关键调控分子,不仅可直接刺激成骨细胞、破骨细胞和软骨细胞,还能强化其他骨生长因子的作用[2]。外周血TGF-β1水平与骨折愈合状况密切相关[3-4]。本文检测骨折患者血浆TGF-β1浓度,旨在揭示其对骨折延
