摘要：

邻苯二甲酸酯是塑料包装材料中常用的一种增塑剂,近来因台湾"塑化剂"事件使人们更加关注邻苯二甲酸酯的人群暴露及其潜在危害。本文简述了邻苯二甲酸酯的毒性,并综述了其对环境和食品的污染现状,以及暴露评估研究状况如生物标志物研究和人群暴露水平。
