摘要
AFLP是新近发展起来的一种DNA指纹技术,该方法重复性好、特异性高、能反映生物基因组的细微变化,在生物遗传多样性研究、品系分析、高密度遗传图谱的构建、微生物分型与鉴定、生态位变化、抗性育种、动物近交系选育、疾病诊断等方面应用广泛。本文简述了AFLP分子标记的基本原理、方法与特点以及在动植物、微生物、生态群落等方面研究中的应用和发展前景。
