领导差异化授权对团队绩效的影响及其作用机制研究

摘要
基于9家企业中92个样本团队的问卷调查,从团队情境中领导差异化授权的视角出发,探究领导差异化授权对团队绩效的影响效果和作用机制。研究结果表明,领导差异化授权对团队绩效存在显著的负向影响;团队内部互动公平氛围在领导差异化授权和团队绩效之间起到了中介作用;团队权力距离会调节领导差异化授权通过影响团队内部互动公平氛围而影响团队绩效的中介效应。
