酒店部门管理人员的真诚型领导风格与员工的敬业程度和工作绩效之间的关系

摘要
笔者在上海的29家酒店进行了一次实证研究,探讨管理人员的真诚型领导风格和部门的真诚型领导氛围对员工的敬业程度和工作绩效的影响。多层次线性模型分析结果表明,员工个人的敬业程度完全中介了部门管理人员的真诚型领导风格对员工个人的工作绩效的正向效应;部门的真诚型领导氛围通过员工群体和员工个人的敬业程度,间接影响员工个人的工作绩效。
