摘要
隐孢子虫是一种危害严重的人兽共感染寄生虫原虫,可致人和动物严重腹泻。由于其种类繁多,传播速度快,对公共卫生安全造成严重威胁。传统的隐孢子虫检测方法主要包括粪便样本的显微镜检查、水样的EPA1623检查,随着免疫学和现代分子生物学的不断发展,很多先进的检测技术如酶联免疫检测技术,免疫荧光技术,PCR,反转录PCR,实时荧光定量PCR,环介导等温扩增技术等不断涌现和应用于临床实践。论文就近年来隐孢子虫的危害及其检测技术最新进展情况进行综述。
