劳动力异质与经济集聚——基于新经济地理的视角

摘要：

根据新经济地理学的理论可以发现高素质劳动力的增加会通过价格指数效应和本地市场放大效应促进经济规模的扩大,贸易自由度和市场规模的大小也会对经济集聚的程度产生影响。在此基础上,采用2002—2014年30个省(市、自治区)面板数据进行实证检验。结果表明:在全国范围和东部地区,劳动力素质提高明显促进了经济集聚的程度,但是在中、西部地区却并未显示该效应;市场潜力和价格指数对经济集聚的影响在地区间不存在差异;地方保护主义对经济集聚的影响在不同地区的差异较大;交通基础设施对经济集聚的影响呈现U型特征。
