学生成绩对教师工资的影响

本文利用"城镇化进程中教育发展研究"项目组收集的调研数据,分析了学生整体学业水平及成绩分布对教师工资的影响。研究发现:第一,学生平均成绩和优秀率等传统教学绩效指标能增加任课教师的工资,而后进生多或学困指数高的班级对教师的工资产生负面影响;第二,班级内部的整体差异越大,教师工资越高;进一步分解班内整体差异后发现,优生组的差异过大对教师工资产生负面影响,而低分组学生的差异大却有利于教师工资的提高。本研究的启示是,应改革当前的教师评价标准,建立更具包容性的教师工资激励制度,以激励一线教师关注教育公平,真正落实"让每个孩子都能享有公平而有质量的教育"之目标。
