摘要
巨噬细胞是机体固有免疫系统的重要组成部分,广泛分布在各个组织与器官,具有吞噬、抗原提呈和分泌多种细胞因子的功能,在炎症、防御、修复、代谢等生理过程中起重要作用。巨噬细胞具有极强的异质性和可塑性,可在不同微环境条件下极化为不同的亚型:经典活化巨噬细胞(M1巨噬细胞)和选择性活化巨噬细胞(M2巨噬细胞)。巨噬细胞不同表型之间的转化调控着炎症性疾病的发生、发展和转归。基于此,本文综述了巨噬细胞极化在脓毒症、动脉粥样硬化、肥胖、哮喘等炎症相关疾病中的特点和功能,并提出以调控巨噬细胞极化为靶点,改变其表型对炎症性疾病治疗的重要意义。
