摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种常见的呼吸道慢性疾病,其发病率和病死率均较高,是一个重要的全球性公共卫生问题。血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是近年来发现的一种有高度特异性的细胞因子,具有增加血管通透性、促进血管内皮细胞分裂及诱发血管形成的作用。VEGF贯穿于COPD发生发展的全过程,与肺血管重塑密切相关,并参与COPD并发肺动脉高压的形成。但VEGF在COPD患者中的表达水平及其所起的作用尚存在争议。近年来许多学者探索VEGF在COPD发病及发展过程中的作用,以便为COPD的治疗提供新的方向。本文就近年来VEGF与COPD关系的研究进展做一综述。
