甲状腺癌的表观遗传修饰研究进展

摘要
甲状腺癌是一种常见的头颈部恶性肿瘤, 近年来发病率逐年上升。甲状腺癌的分子发病机制有待明确。其表观遗传变化是近年来甲状腺癌发病机制方面研究的热点。为进一步揭示甲状腺癌的发病机制、了解其预后及遗传性控制等。本文对甲状腺癌中发现的主要表观遗传学变化的研究进展、甲状腺癌表观遗传治疗策略等进行综述。
