对外直接投资扩大母国企业间工资差距了吗——基于我国微观数据的经验证据

摘要：

本文首先从理论层面探讨了对外直接投资对母国企业间工资差距的影响机制和作用趋势,认为对外直接投资对母国企业间工资差距存在动态非线性影响,其影响趋势取决于OFDI母公司与其他企业对外来技术的吸收能力。在实证层面,基于2002-2007年的中国工业企业数据库和对外直接投资数据的合并数据,考察了对外直接投资对我国企业间工资差距的影响,研究结果验证了对外直接投资对我国企业间工资差距存在动态非线性影响的理论假设。研究还发现:在对外直接投资一年后,对外直接投资对我国企业间的工资差距并没有造成影响;在对外直接投资三年后,工资差距在显著扩大;在对外直接投资五年后,国内工资差距虽仍在扩大,但其扩大速度明显减弱。
