摘要：

人乳头瘤病毒(Human papillomavirus,HPV)是人类生殖道常见的病毒感染,可引起宫颈癌、阴道癌、阴茎癌、肛周癌、生殖器疣等多种疾病。目前全球使用的预防性HPV疫苗包括二价、四价和九价疫苗,均由HPV主要衣壳蛋白L1组装成的病毒样颗粒(Virus-like particles,VLP)制成,可有效预防相关型别HPV感染及其所致的生殖器疣以及宫颈、阴户、阴道的癌前病变。宫颈癌是中国第二大妇科恶性肿瘤,因此HPV疫苗在中国的上市使用受到了公众的高度关注。本文通过综合分析比较三种疫苗的效力、交叉保护效果和安全性,以及中国HPV流行型别与宫颈癌的流行现状,为HPV疫苗在中国的推广使用提供参考依据。
