抱残守缺与小富即安:业绩期望差距对家族企业传承后创新活动的影响

家族企业当前正面临着代际传承与创新转型的双重挑战,本文选择2000—2017年已完成代际传承的上市家族企业样本,实证分析了企业传承前的业绩期望差距对传承后创新活动的影响。研究发现,传承前的业绩期望差距与传承后创新活动间存在显著的倒U型关系,说明家族企业传承中存在"抱残守缺"与"小富即安"现象。进一步研究发现,企业的冗余资源对上述关系具有显著的正向调节作用,而传承当年接班人持股比例和接班人上任前在企业的任职时间对上述关系则具有显著的负向调节作用,说明用资源约束、家族性特征、群体一致性等解释"抱残守缺"与"小富即安"现象具有一定的理论合理性。
