物理因子治疗在脑卒中吞咽障碍中的应用

摘要
吞咽障碍是指口腔、咽喉、食管等吞咽相关的器官出现功能性或者器质性的改变,使食物不能安全有效的到达胃内的吞咽困难,是脑卒中患者常见的并发症。因此,积极治疗吞咽障碍十分重要。目前吞咽障碍主要依靠康复治疗,其中物理因子疗法具有显著的效果。本文就吞咽障碍常见的理疗方法作一综述。
