<正> 创伤分类分为医院前和医院内两大部分。前者着眼于伤员的去向和现场处理;后者着眼于估计伤员的预后。另外,它对各医疗单位按统一标准比较疗效,考核和评定救治水平以及开展创伤流行病学研究都具有极其重要的意义。本文介绍几种国外常用的医院内(含急诊室)创伤分类法。
