地方经济发展对城市商业银行的公司治理效率非常敏感。文章回顾了商业银行公司治理理论,展望了国际监管趋势,并基于特殊性剖析了城市商业银行公司治理机制的失衡,提出了城市商业银行公司治理的再均衡策略。
