摘要：

大肠癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,早期大肠癌的5年生存率可达90%以上,因此大肠癌高危个体的识别和早期诊断显得尤其重要。常用的筛查措施主要包括粪便潜血实验、钡灌肠检查、纤维乙状结肠镜和结肠镜检查等。目前适用于人群筛查的最佳方法尚不确定,分子筛查及其他新的技术有望用于人群大肠癌筛查。对于各种筛查方法,如何进一步提高其特异性和敏感度,同时在效价比和人群依从性等方面上做出改进是目前研究的热点。
