摘要：

为深入研究建筑业安全投入行为决策的影响因素,基于文献分析归纳若干影响因素,并采用专家访谈法确定17个因素,然后结合专家评价运用解释结构模型(ISM)分析各因素间相互关系,建立安全投入行为影响因素的3层递阶结构模型,找出表层影响因素、中层影响因素、深层影响因素。结果显示,政府监督管理、同行竞争程度、企业社会责任是建筑业安全投入行为决策的根本影响因素。建议采取措施,如转换政府职能、委托第三方监管,与企业资信联动、实行市场退出机制等,促进建筑业安全投入行为的优化。
