摘要：

电针预处理可减轻脑缺血后神经缺损程度,发挥脑保护效应,机制可能涉及调节内源性大麻素系统、抑制兴奋毒性、抑制氧化应激、抑制内质网应激、抑制炎症反应、保护血脑屏障、抑制细胞凋亡和调节自噬等多个方面。
