摘要：

在分析企业组织与环境相互作用关系和它们复杂性变化特点的基础上,阐述了企业组织为了满足社会需要以及获取竞争优势,而导致的其复杂性与环境复杂性共同提高的趋势;指出企业生存的基础在于创造比环境更高的复杂性,以及由此引致的需要管理者给予关注的组织复杂性管理困惑,认为解决问题的关键在于寻求企业组织内外部复杂性的合理匹配。
