<正>克伦特罗作为β-2受体激动剂,最初主要用于人类哮喘和动物肺部疾病,又称氨哮素、双氯醇胺。在剂量较大时,可以引起头晕、心悸、手指震颤等副作用。由于克仑特罗具有蛋白同化作用,且与会成代谢类固醇不同之处在于其具有更高的选择性,可以减少脂肪的形成,提高瘦肉和脂肪的比率,故又称瘦肉精,因而被滥用于肉禽饲养业,造成该药在肉禽体内蓄积,尤其是肝脏组织中的浓度较高。人类食用含有克伦特罗的肉后会出现头晕、心悸、手指震颤等中毒症状[1],我国已有多次报道,已成为重大的食品安全问题。同时由于克仑特罗的促蛋白同化作用及其可以兴奋中枢神经系统而被非法用于体育运动,提高成绩,已被国际奥委会列为禁药。
