脱细胞真皮基质补片在腹部疝修补术中的应用(附8例报告)

摘要：

目的探讨脱细胞真皮基质补片在腹部疝修补术中的临床应用效果。方法2007年1月2007年7月应用脱细胞真皮基质补片对8例不同类型腹部疝进行无张力疝修补术,术后3天常规查彩超,观察其愈合及修补效果。随访3～6个月。结果8例均获得满意疗效,无坏死、感染、皮下积液等并发症。结论脱细胞真皮基质补片可作为一种理想的疝修补材料在无张力疝修补术中广泛应用。
