跑台训练增强大鼠的学习记忆及其海马BDNF基因表达

摘要
目的:探讨8周跑台训练对大鼠学习记忆能力及其海马内脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)基因表达的影响。方法:将24只雄性SD大鼠分为对照组(C组,n=8)和训练组(T组,n=16),T组进行8周的跑台训练。通过Y迷宫实验,所有大鼠在第7周进行学习能力测试,在第8周进行记忆能力测试。第8周最后一次训练后,随机将T组分为T1组(n=8)和T2组(n=8)。T1组训练后即刻与C组同时断头处死,两组交叉进行,T2组在训练后24时断头处死,采用RT-PCR法检测各组大鼠海马内BDNF的基因表达水平。结果:Y迷宫测试表明T组大鼠的学习记忆优于C组;与C组相比,T1组和T2组大鼠海马中BDNF的基因表达水平均显著升高(p<0.01)。结论:8周跑台训练可增强大鼠的学习记忆能力,这与海马内BDNF基因表达的增加有关。
