教师教育者五大角色探析

摘要
随着教师教育研究的不断深入,教师教育者的职业面貌、职业行为、思维方式的研究也日益受到关注。了解教师教育者所扮演的不同角色所要求的知识技能及获取渠道,可以有效促进其职业发展。本文以教师教育者所扮演的五个职业角色——教师的教师、研究者、指导者、守门人和课程开发者为切入点,阐述教师教育者的职业行为及职业发展特征,提出通过加强职前培养、开展自我研究、创建研究共同体等策略促进教师教育者职业发展。
