恶性肿瘤有氧糖酵解关键酶研究进展

摘要
近年来恶性肿瘤发病率及病死率逐年上升,其早期预防、诊断和治疗已成为肿瘤临床及基础研究的热点领域。有氧糖酵解是恶性肿瘤最显著的特征之一,即在氧气充足条件下肿瘤细胞的能量供应仍主要依赖效率较低的糖酵解途径,并产生大量乳酸。这一现象于1920年被Otto Warburg发现并命名为"Warburg效应",并已成功应用于恶性肿瘤的临床诊断。研究表明,恶性肿瘤中糖酵解关键酶表达异常与"Warburg效应"显著相关,并极具成为肿瘤诊断标志物及治疗靶点的潜能。因此,本文旨在总结恶性肿瘤细胞糖酵解过程中关键酶(己糖激酶、磷酸果糖激酶、丙酮酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶)的研究进展,进而深入理解其潜在的重要诊断、治疗价值。
