缺血性脑卒中再灌注后脑脊液相关成份变化的研究进展

摘要
缺血性脑卒中后脑脊液中相关成份如氨基酸,白介素家族和肿瘤坏死因子,基于Ca2+超载机制的相关蛋白,半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶,神经元特异性烯醇酶的改变是一个复杂的过程,涉及到很多生理病理机制,既相互影响又相互制约,形成了脑脊液改变的时间多变性和空间多变性。脑脊液中相关成份改变的研究对临床判断缺血性脑卒中严重程度及预后具有重要意义。
