摘要：

骨关节炎(OA)是常见的慢性退行性疾病。非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)是有效控制和缓解OA症状的药物。通过对近年来国内外发表的NSAIDs治疗OA的相关研究进行总结,从病理生理学及药理学方面阐述NSAIDs治疗OA的机理,同时通过NSAIDs的用药原则及指南意见,独立用药及联合用药和用药并发症等方面进行综述NSAIDs治疗OA的研究进展。
