摘要：

不同的信号通路在炎症性肠病(IBD)的发病机制中发挥着重要的作用。研究表明以信号通路为中心调控细胞因子和异常免疫反应与IBD的进展之间有着重要的联系。因此炎症性肠病中所涉及的信号通路与IBD的发病机制关系密切,有望为IBD的早期诊断和分子靶向治疗提供新的思路。
