新型MEA法用于燃煤电厂调峰的系统构建及性能研究

摘要
CO2捕集和调峰是当前传统燃煤电站面临的两大主要挑战。以1000MW超超临界燃煤电站机组作为参考机组,构建了带有贫富液溶液储能的新型乙醇胺(monoethanolamine,MEA)法脱碳系统,实现其碳捕集与调峰。随后利用Aspen Plus软件分别对参考机组、带有贫富液溶液储能的新型MEA法脱碳系统以及传统MEA法脱碳系统进行了模拟。结果表明,将燃煤电站机组改造成MEA吸收法脱碳系统会使系统的净热效率下降10.28~10.96个百分点,而带有贫富液溶液储能的新型MEA吸收法脱碳系统能使系统的日均净热效率提高1.47~2.1个百分点。此外,带有贫富液溶液储能的新型MEA吸收法脱碳系统能大大提高系统的调峰能力,增强系统的运行灵活性,其调峰能力系数可以达到2.47。
