孵化网络、集群社会资本与孵化绩效相关性

摘要：

在孵化网络中,通过信息、资源和渠道的共享,可以形成集群社会资本。孵化器利用孵化网络和集群社会资本来促进孵化绩效的提高,更好地支持创业企业成长。在定义集群社会资本的基础上,研究孵化网络、集群社会资本与孵化绩效之间的相关性,提出三者之间的关系假设模型,并以259家国家级科技企业孵化器为样本,利用多元线性回归进行实证分析。结果表明:孵化网络的关系持久度、关系强度对集群社会资本和孵化绩效均有正向影响,网络规模与二者之间并无显著正向关系;集群社会资本的关系维和文化维对孵化绩效均有正向影响;集群社会资本在孵化网络和孵化绩效之间起部分中介作用。
