摘要：

爆发痛是一种经常发生于癌症患者的特殊疼痛类型,处理比较棘手,严重影响患者生活质量。目前,爆发痛的定义、评估、治疗,以及与剂量终末性疼痛的关系仍存在争议之处。口服吗啡即释制剂是目前治疗爆发痛使用最多的药物,但新近上市经黏膜吸收的芬太尼制剂具有起效快、作用时间短的特点,更适合于癌性爆发痛的治疗。
