<正>随着老龄化进程加快,2010年第六次人口普查结果显示,中国60岁及以上人口1.77亿,占总人口的13.26%,并每年以3.2%的速度增长,更应值得关注的是80岁以上高龄人口已达2000万以上,还以5%左右的年增长率增长,增速高于一般老年人。高龄老年人是一个身体脆弱,易于患病和卧床的高危群体,常以各种症状为主诉,这些症状并非单一原因,而是多种因素所致,现代老年病学
