摘要：

声触诊组织量化是在实时二维超声基础上对肝脏进行弹性定量检测的技术。本文对该技术的工作原理、操作方法、将其用以评估肝纤维化的可行性、检测部位的选择、检测结果与Fibroscan及血清纤维化指标等无创检查的比较、检测肝脏弹性时的局限性及应用前景进行综述。
