劳动力迁移动机的三个理论视角及其整合

摘要：

就西方关于境内劳动力迁移或移民的动机与决策的文献进行了梳理,概括出三种不同的理论视角:生产者视角、消费者视角与社会人视角。这三种理论视角对境内劳动力迁移动机都具有相当的解释力,但各自也存在解释力的不足之处。为了克服这种不足,有必要从理论上建立一个整合性的概念框架,可以用"社会流动"的理论框架来整合这三个理论视角。由于社会流动分别包括经济流动、消费流动和社会流动三个维度,它可以把劳动力迁移动机文献中的"生产者视角""消费者视角"和"社会人视角"整合起来。其中,经济流动维度对接了"生产者视角",消费流动维度对接了"消费者视角",地位流动维度对接了"社会人视角"。
