摘要：

Polysaccharides contain exocellular polysaccharide and endocelluar polydaccharide in fermentation liquid of Poria cocos.Moreover,endocelluar polydaccharide consisted of endocelluar water resolvable polydaccharide and endocelluar alkali resolvable polysaccharide.It was shown that contents of exocellular polysaccharide and endocelluar polydaccharide per liter fermentation liquid of Poria cocos were 5.43 gram and 4.09 gram,respetively.Water resolvable polysaccharide and alkali resolvable polysaccharide were extracted and isolated.The contents of water resolvable polysaccharide and alkali resovable polysaccharide per liter fermentation liquid of Poria cocos were 1.17 gram and 2.92 gram,respectively.
